Having issues getting started? Take a look at some common problems.

Mismatched mod channel list

This error means that your modpack is missing a mod. Go threw this check list to try to resolve your issue.

Check that you are on the same mod pack version as the server
Make sure you installed the extra mods that we require everyone to download
check your total mods and make sure they match up to what we say you should have

Failed to synchronize registry data from server

This error means that you have the wrong version of a mod or mods installed in your modpack this most likely means you are on the wrong mod pack version.

Server Commands

Quality of Life Commands

/trashcan – Opens an inventory where items get deleted when placed in and closed
/back – Teleports to previous location. Can be used multiple times
/spawn – Teleports you to spawn
/rtp – Teleports you to random location in world, tries to find a non-ocean, safe place to land
/home [name] – Teleports to a home
/sethome <name> – Sets home
/delhome <name> – Deletes a home
/listhomes [player] – Lists all player homes
/warp – Teleports to a warp
/listwarps – Lists all warps
/tpa <player> – Requests teleportation to player
/tpahere <player> – Requests player to teleport to you
/tpaccept <id> – Accepts request (will have a button for it on screen)
/tpadeny <id> – Denies request (will have a button for it on screen)

Chunks

/ftbchunks info – Shows info of the chunk claim you are standing in
/ftbchunks unclaim_all – Unclaims all your teams chunks
/ftbchunks unload_all – Unloads all your teams force loaded chunks

Teams

/ftbteams info <Team Name> – Shows info of team
/ftbteams party create – Creates a party
/ftbteams party join <Party Name> – Joins Party
/ftbteams party leave – Leaves party
/ftbteams party transfer_ownership <User Name> – Transfers ownership to specified player
/ftbteams party kick <User Name> – Kicks player specified from party
/ftbteams msg – Send a message to only those in your party
/ftbteams party allies add <Username> – Adds player specified as a ally
/ftbteams party allies list – Shows a list of all your allies
/ftbteams party allies remove <User Name> – Removes specified player from your allies
/ftbteams party settings ftbchunks:allow_fake_players – Allows other mods to interact with your claims.

Miscellaneous

/hat – Puts item currently in main hand in helmet slot making it your ‘hat’
/kickme – Kicks yourself from server (in case the bed bug ever returns)
/ftbbackups time – Shows time for next server backup
